no good This was a great printer until it stopped printing colors. The printer will only print in yellow black or red.. Now I hate this printer.
bad company its an amazing printer but the company hasnt responded to me. The printer jammed and wont allow me to print double sided anymore even though theres no paper stuck in it

Disappointed Best Buy Customer This is really a low-end printer. We've had continuous paper jams, and because of the limited return policy, have had to put the printer into storage. It isn't dependable, and will only be used as a back-up. Very disappointing. We expect better from Brother and Best Buy.

Seems to be here for a good time, NOT a long time. Longevity is the issue and the title implies. This is the second printer if it’s type we had. The first went screwy and wouldn’t print after a month or two. I had the Best Buy protection but quite honestly that was a bit of a joke and hassle to use. Couldn’t grab a printer off the shelf but had to have it delivered. Also needed to use AND buy protection again for the replacement which doesn’t seem right seeing as it failed once already. Brother MFC-J497DW All in one printer i bought this printer over a year ago, keep getting paper jam error after printing 20-30 pages, but there is not paper jam...followed all instructions for clearing a paper jam, reloaded software, cleaned printer heads, all to no avail. When this printer works it is great, but if you get the paper jam error, it is a wrap! would not recommend this printer, price is right and ink is expensive! Buyer beware!

Order at your own peril One of the best All in One Printers you will ever use and find. Great on ink. Never gives an issue. LET ME TELL YOU WHY THE ONE STAR REVIEW. NothappyOFFLINE I only had it 2 weeks and it said OFF LINE and I can not print. All I can do is copy, and that is NOT what I BOUGHT it for.
