Pay extra for better printer Purchased this on 7/27/20 to work from home waited about two weeks to set up. Setup was rather quick and easy. First three pages came out great after that could only print in color. Black ink cartridge is full and will not print in black. I am returning.

Dont buy! This was my first brothers printer and it is the worse printer I have ever purchased, dont buy it ! IT seems to have issues following simple commands such as PRINT, I have to constantly find ways to manipulate it by turning it on and off ! If hit print from a program, the printer will not automatically come on , you must physically turn it on and then the screen for fax comes on, giving you the option to delete all fax related data (yes or no) even when theres no data thats been received as if it never received the... read more

Disappointing I must have a lemon. I purchased this based on the reviews. I am beyond frustrated with this printer. Wireless set up is a real pain and doesn't always stay connected. The worst is now the paper tray. Paper won't feed through and I keep getting an error message. It has barely been used. Just purchased in February. I had an old HP that took a beating and kept on printing with no problems ever. This printer has been a huge disappointment and is never there when I need it.

Great until it stops We bought this printer, loved it and then it just stopped working completely after about 3 months. It was still under warranty, so we returned it and received a new one. Same thing. Worked great for about 3 months and then just didn't even turn on one day. We've returned it and asked for a gift card to purchase a different brand this time.
Struggles to print two-sided since new The printer is a great size on my desk and the quality seems ok, but it has struggled since new when printing two-sided. Paper jams every time. I have to keep it for now because there aren't many options available to me since I need to print. So I'll be using a lot of paper and staples, to print one-sided only. Disappointed.

Horrible This printer was horrible. When I changed the ink the printer completely stopped working. Trash.

Not a good printer,waste of money I have used this printer for once or twice ,it prints blank pages ,Tried to contact customer care not answering .Dont waste your money.
