Worst printer I have ever owner! We have set up the fax machine several times and still it will not receive a fax. Once or twice I was able to send a fax but it is not consistent. I cannot print from my iPhone although I have the Brother app. Just saying, I am looking to replace this lemon asap. Also, the pictures I have wanted to print come out blurry.
A scam printer that's a little worse then the other scam printers. Overall the printer is fine and I realize printers are sold at a net loss because the price of ink is so outrageous. However this printer takes the cake on scams for ink. I only use this printer for printing inventory sheets which takes a lot of black ink as such we buy a lot of it. Wasn't what I thought I didn't even use a whole ream of paper before the ink went out. All at once printer down.
waste of money! It goes through ink like water. It always wants to print in landscape even though my default is portrait. Now even when I select portrait as default and I make sure that right before printing its in portrait. Now in PPT it still prints landscape. OH! and did I mention that it drinks ink like water. All those documents in the wrong orientation _ print them again. Don't waste your ink scanning pictures the quality is worse than bad! HP may not be perfect but it's far less of a hassle.
It disconnect. Having problems to print I don’t recommend this printer because I had problems with the inks, it get dry quickly and I have to buy all them at once. Also the printer disconnect sometimes, and I am not able to print.
Constant Problems! This machine is unreliable after only one year of use. I do not recommend this device.
Clogged ink nozzles will cost much more than the printer Buying any ink jet printer these days is tough. Any model will have a significant number of negative reviews, so you have to pick the least bad. The Brother MFC J5330DW lives up to the worst of the bad reviews. I've spent ridiculous sums buying replacement Brother inkjet cartridges only to waste most of each one repeatedly running the Print Head cleaning utility. Constantly Drops Network Connection I’ve been using this printer for the last few months and it’s a decent when it actually works. However, one of the main reasons I got the printer was for wireless printing which it pretty much fails at. The system has a sleep mode which can not be disabled per the Brother website support section. This sleep function causes it to lose network connectivity until it is powered on again (sometimes needing to be cycled multiple times). did not last long before problems since I bought this printer I have only used it maybe twenty times then it just wont print a clean page leaves blank stripes my last printer from dell I had for ten plus years I wish I never got this one for the use its gotten and the length of time I have had it I didn't expect to have a problem so disappointed
