terrible color prints The photos printed did not match computer displayed colors and the images were blurred. Worthless as a color printer. I compared the printed image to the one from my old HP printer so I know it is not the file I am printing.
Trouble with wireless printing I am not happy with this printer. The quality of the prints are great...when they print. 9 times out of 10 I can't get them to print. I try shutting the printer down, unplugging it but it has a mind of it's own and only prints when it feels like it. This is very frustrating when I work from home now and this is the reason I bought the computer. I have only had the printer since Feb and I had to replace the ink already.
I should have stuck to HP which had better quality print. Low ink levels in color cartridges. I should have stuck to HP which had better quality print.
Don't purchase I really really hate this printer. Garbage. print quality is ok. I bought this printer for our business. i would say 99% of the time it will NOT fax. I get messages that say busy/no response or poor line condition/ out of memory. I tried troubleshooting and directions were poor and could not correct the problem. i have not been able to connect my computer to the printer either. totally fed up with this printer. I need to just throw it in the trash. Don't buy.

Bad quality print, bad customer service This printer takes 15-20 minutes to print a large document & wastes 2-3 times the amount of paper & ink needed. It prints partial pages over & over before printing the correct, full page. Brother support took 3 hours to determine that it's because the computer is too far from the router. They suggested running a cord from the router to the printer. Although I don't qualify that as a wireless print, she insisted (not very nicely) that it does because I can still print digitally from mul... read more

DO NOT BUY ‼️ IT WORKED WELL UNTIL I INSTALLED ALL NEW BROTHER INK CARTRIDGES NOW IT IS JUNK ‼️ I REPLACED I USE THIS MODEL PRINTER EVERYDAY SINCE I RECEIVED IT UNTIL I REPLACED THE BROTHER INK CARTRIDGES WITH ALL NEW ONES . NOW YOU CAN NOT CLEAN THE PRINTHEADS OR EVEN GET THE PRINT HEADS REPLACED EVEN BY BROTHER . NOW THE PRINTER PRICE HAS DOUBLED IN ONE DAYN
PIECE OF CRAP This is the worst product on the market. 4 hours to print 99 pages. The amount of pages the ink packages say you get out of a cartridge - NOT EVEN CLOSE. I wouldn’t give this product to my worst enemy. PEOPLE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Unbelievable.
