kicks out of wifi constantly Have experienced many problems over the last two years. Latest problem is printer disconnects from the wifi. Need to constantly restart the printer.
IT STOPS WORKING IN LESS THAN A YEAR! suddenly it refuses to scan then insists on cutting off and back on , only to be told to cut off again...endless loop, can't access any features due to fatal error (see photo) will ask Amazon for help.....Why can't Brother make a decent printer?????
I hate this new printer I have had the printer a few months now. It is really slow to print anything. I understand that this is part of the ink conserving feature...but it is REALLY slow. Don't ever try to print on card stock. It says it will print on card stock, but it is a joke. You have to feed one paper at a time, but it doesn't accept the paper. Without question the worst printer I have ever used. After about a month of ownership the print heads started to get clogged ALL THE TIME! I went through the cleaning routine, but it still clogs every time I want to print. Even if I print every week, I have to clean the heads first because there will be lines missing or faint print on the page. Terrible printer After a few months and frustrations trying to print or scan anything, I'm done: - Constantly disconnects from network - Very, very slow - Spits out blank pages - Holds a tiny stack of paper - Very cheap utilities that look and feel from about the year 2000 Believe the 20% '1' ratings.
Truly one of the slowest printers ever made We bought this printer based on positive reviews but would never buy it again. Print quality is fine but it takes longer to print one page than any printer we've ever had. Maddening.

Didn’t work very long Neither I nor my relative who has the same printer was ever able to connect it to WiFi. Worked for a year and then the print got lighter and lighter. Replaced the ink and it is still too light to read. Looking for a replacement printer.
