Dec 2023-Dr Merz is very kind and knowledgeable. He’s the perfect example of how doctorsshould be. He makes eye contact with me when he talks. He’s friendly and puts me at ease. Dr. Metz took his time to explain all the options for my treatment before having left hip surgery. He treated me and my wife with respect and answered all the questions we had. We were treated like family.
He has time to talk with you and your concerns are important to him. There are a lot of patients that go through here so expect to wait. Everyone I encounter is helpful.
Very informative and caring
Dr. Merz is a competent, caring physician who understands the whole patient. One is not just a joint to be fixed. He listens, takes his time and is always upbeat and positive. These attributes are reflected in his patient care. His knee and hip training is impeccable. I wholeheartedly recommend him!
My seven-week follow-up after knee replacement surgery was Friday. My recovery and physical therapy are progressing, but my range of motion needs to increase. Dr Merz carefully explained to me what I need do. I am always impressed with the care he gives me and I highly recommend Dr Merz.
