Came for a 12:00 appt and only waited 15 minutes, at our primary care doc we end up waiting 30-45 minutes before being seen. Dr. Anastasia was wonderful, she removed a skin tag from my daughter that has been irritating her for years. She was very professional and kept my daughter calm during the entire procedure!! Very clean facility! Doctors are friendly as well as all of the staff!! We will definitely use and recommend NWI Urgent Care again!!o
This place was a lifesaver when my son needed a last-minute sports physical. Very affordable, same cost as co-pay at Dr. Office. I arrived and it is clean and service was quick and professional. And the hours are convenient, they are open until 9pm, which is unheard of for a Dr. Office. I will definitely refer friends and family.
Very nice facility rooms are nice chairs are comfy! They have a very friendly staff just wish it hadn't take an hour to get a simple sports physical. Spent at least 30 mins in the room waiting! Other than that it was a good experience!
While coming from Chipotle I noticed a sign advertising $25 physicals and the price had me sold as we have zero insurance. Came in a lil after 6 pm and there was no wait. The receptionist was very polite. We received a thorough physical and the service was friendly and prompt. In this case price doesn't equate service!
Is my first time here but they call me really fast compare with other clinics, bilingual staff is a plus I recommend this clinic if you have an emergency hopefully they extend the hours.
I have been coming here with my girls and I've had a positive experience for the most part I usually don't wait to long they have expanded so it's even nicer now
Service was a little slow and the visits was a bit longer than I am use to however, I suppose it's to be expected considering how busy they were when I came in around 3:30 p.m. The staff is very friendly and personable, with a cheery disposition and a wonderful bedside manner. The care is quality and the staff and doctors are very professional! Over all a very pleasant experience.
My daughter had to do a walk in at this facility I found them on the internet very impressed with doctor beside manners no long wait and very clean atmosphere. And they also did a follow up call for a reminder for her appointment!!! Thanks So Kindly For Helping My Daughter.
The staff is very friendly and i have had to wait less than 20 minutes on both my past visits, one for myself and another for my child. Perfect for those of us that like to procrastinate and wait until the last minute to get our child's physical for school lol. Only reason not a 5 star for me is because the parking lot tends to be full all the time due to the other businesses nearby, other than that great place.
