We're a two Mini family! I've been a customer for 12 years and would never drive anything else. All calls are handled immediately and we've know the employees so well, they feel like family! I have never had an unpleasant experience with Mini or any of the employees. We love our cars and we love the staff!
Staff at Mini of Baltimore is very knowledgable and happy to assist and asnswer all your concerns. They take good care of you and your Mini. They addressed many issues with my Mini which I was not aware of and took care of all My Mini. Its rides like a champ now. Service was very fast and they provided new loaner car while my car was in service. I highly recommend Mini of Baltimore to all local Mini owners.
I have owned several different vehicles, with wide range of experiences with service departments. It is the service department at Mini Of Townson that sold me on the brand from day one. My Service Advisor, Alan Rolocut make me feel like I am the only customer that he has. I feel like he cares as much about the service of my vehicle as I do. What I realize is that he probably makes all the customers feel this way. This is by far one of the most convenient, friendliest and most knowledgeable service centers that I've ever come across. Mini of Baltimore is by far the best service experience I've had as a car owner. The staff is always courteous and goes out of the way to make you comfortable. I brought my daughter this time as she was off of school. Allen made sure that she was taken care of and had activities to keep busy. I highly recommend!
