"Excellent service department!" From start to finish I got a friendly greeting, a complete explanation about the work to be done, and all done at a reasonable time. Joni has an amazing way of taking a personal interest in his customers. It really is a pleasure doing business with Baltimore mini service department.
"Always a good experience!" Brought my Mini in on a Monday morning for brake issues. Yoni got me in right away and, as always, kept me informed about what was going on and how much longer it would take. Within a couple of hours I was back on the road with new brake pads, a resurfaced rotor, and a freshly washed car. To top it off I only missed two hours of work. Everyone over at Mini of Baltimore is top notch, and Yoni is always ready and able to answer all my questions in a knowledgeable and friendly style. Thanks!
"2016 Countryman Service" Just had 30k service staff added on oil change and wipers all under maintenance plan. My car is running smooth and looking good. Thanks to Yoni Baron and all their staff for a great service experience!
"Service with my 2011 Mini Cooper Countryman S All4" I would like to thank Yani for all his help with my Mini. Answered every question that I had. I would HIGHLY recommend taking your Mini to Yani. "a weekend saved" I brought my Mini in for maintenance ,well it needed some serious work, instead . As usual ALLEN ROLOCUT saved the day and my weekend .He succinctly explained the problem , and got me on my way in a loner car .I have come to relay on the professional, courteous experience of Mini thru ALLEN. Thank you to the mechanic who fixed my car too .

"Amazing service the minute you walk in......" I currently have 2 MINI vehicles and I am totally committed to their up keep. Yoni my service advisor has been there for years and I am grateful for that. He always has my best interest in mind without trying to sell me something I don’t need. Other places, in my past have tried to do to unnecessary work....terrible. They have fair pricing and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to work on my babies. "The car maybe a MINI, but the service is Grand" I've experienced nothing but good things at the MINI dealership in Towson. Yoni Baron has been very accommodating and forthright in all of my service visits. He actively tries to help me plan for expenses, and doesn't use any sort of scare tactics to bump up the prices. I've also had great experiences with Adnan, and with Jake, and will likely buy my next MINI from this dealership in the future.

"Mini Towson Rules!" Purchased our 2005 Convertible Cooper S when it first appeared in the showroom. We’ve loved her ever since. The Service Dept at MiniTowson, especially Alan R , have taken excellent care of me and my Mini Cooper. Our Mini lived in Florida for a while and was serviced in West Palm with very disappointing results. We brought her back to Maryland to be in the care of Mini of Towson and she couldn’t be happier! Neither could we! Mini Towson Rules!!!!!
