Maintenance is easy to schedule with no to minimal wait time. Everyone is knowledgeable and pleasant. It is a pleasure to walk into the service department.
Called, well texed Yoni Baron to ask about a simple issue. As it turned out, my timing couldn't have been better. Yoni explained that it was time for a number of things. I purchased my car from San Francisco Mini and relocated to Baltimore. Was told that I could expect the same level of service from any Mini dealership and that's been the truth. I can report that I would highly recommend that if you are purchasing a new Mini that you come to Mini of Baltimore, they've been very responsive, have provided solid customer service and welcomed me even though I purchased my Mini elsewhere. Ask for Yoni- he's been terrific. He's extremely patient and very pleasant to work with !
I had scheduled Preventive Maintenance visit with Yoni, and a couple added things to look at that I requested. My appointment was scheduled at time of my convenience, and Yoni saw to it that a Mini of Baltimore County loaner was waiting for me. To address the extra that i had requested for Yoni to do, he called to let me know how much extra it would cost which i agreed to. Pearl the '14 tuxedo MINI is well taken care of here. Mr. Baron keeps track of what's needed and arranges the most prompt and efficient service he can. In a perfect world, the cost of maintaining would be less, but Mr. Baron understands this car was purchased for what's under the hood: He economizes where possible, and explains each item on the invoices. You get what you pay for.

Been working with one of the best service advisors around!! Jonathan “Yoni” Baron has been beyond super responsive for the last three years that I’ve been a MINI owner. His customer service and empathy skills are better than I’ve seen at higher end retailers or lifestyle brands. This would keep me an enthusiasm for the brand for life.
