"Great service even at short notice" Great service, especially since it was at short notice. Yoni is a super example of customer focused service and always willing to make it happen.

"Always the best!" I took my car to Mini of Towson for the free spring clinic. Once again, I was delighted with the service and professionalism of the staff. My delightful special buddy, Allen, so expertly took care of registering me and seeing that the car and its owner ( nicknamed "Trouble") were promptly attended to. Allen is always there when needed as is Yoni, also a favorite and a delight. It was great to walk in and be greeted by Allen, Yoni and most professional reps . I appreciate, extremely, the folks @ Mini. I live in Randallstown, Md. and work in Silver Spring, Md. This is a long drive every day. Driving for me is an experience and the Mini Cooper helps me to meet the experience. Honesty, the quality of knowledge and personalized care recommendations are given. This dealership is alway a pleasant experience. I recently to took my Mini Copper S for the spring checkup (which is free with a coupon). A complete check was conducted and during that time my cabin filter was replaced as needed The staff are always very professional and pleasant to work with. This particular time I worked with Allen Rolocut. He was topnotch and explained everything and the process. You could also see this as he dealt with other customers. I have also worked with Yoni Baron, and he too, is very professional.

Brought my car in at the last moment, the staff was able to fix my issue plus complete an early maintenance review. Jonathan worked with me to explain the most important issues, provided me with a loaner and made me feel like royalty. Well Done.

As always I have had nothing but positive experiences with Mini of Baltimore Service. This time was no exception. I called to set up the appointment for Wednesday 9 May, and when Yoni Baron heard my situation (engine light on) he said they could get me in on Saturday (5 May 12:30 PM). I left Columbia early because I was unsure pf traffic and wanted to give myself time for a slow commute. I arrived at 11:30 and Yoni greeted me and got me checked in early.
