"Exceptional Service Every Time!" Mini of Baltimore is a top notch operation. Yoni (Jonathan Baron) is always courteous, helpful and informative. I live very close to Annapolis but make the trek to Towson because of the exceptional service that I routinely receive. "Jonathon "Yoni" Baron and the best service center" I've been dealing with Mini of Baltimore and Yoni since 2006. He has gone beyond any expectations of excellent service on many occasions. He has been very professional in dealing with my Minis' services and in his understanding of life's challenges, he's become a friend. He did everything that he said he would, kept me informed of the progress on diagnosing my car, put me in a loaner when he found out that repairs would take longer than expected and got me back in my car as quickly as possible. "The Best Service Department in the World!" I have had three minis! Currently own two and I always bring them into the service department at Mini of Baltimore County. Yoni is my usual service rep and he is wonderful! A true asset to the company. Everything is always done perfectly, finished when it's promised and Yoni keeps me informed about the progress! What this lucky dealership has is in my over 40 years of owning a vehicle is Yoni Baron a service manager who purely delivers in every sense of the word.
