Allen and the team of technicians did a great job of both diagnosis and repair of my 2011 Mini Clubman. A loaner was graciously offered since the duration of work required was somewhat lengthy. This was quick and seamless trip. Thanks to all.

I absolutely love the service here! After buying my Mini in Annapolis, I never thought I’d be excited to get it serviced. I found Allen at Baltimore Mini and this has been my go to guy ever since! I’ve never had anything short of exceptional service. If I have any issue I can pick up the phone and get an appointment right away. That’s wonderful because it’s usually a last minute call.
