Helpful, friendly, informative, knowledgeable! I can’t imagine a better Service Advisor than Allen. And the work performed by the Technicians, whose names I don’t know, is always outstanding. Mini of Baltimore has a great staff.

Yoni Baron makes the service process seamless. He does his job with the utmost professionalism, while at the same time he makes you feel welcomed. Yoni's calm and pleasant personality puts you at ease the minute you sit down with him to discuss your Mini's service. He does an excellent job explaining the service to be performed. I was very grateful for my excellent service there. My key stopped functioning suddenly leaving me stranded. They could have told me that I was beat and had to buy a key for 200.00 dollars. He did a full diagnostic inspection and determined that this was a warranty related repair, even going as far as providing an Uber both ways. I am very appreciative. Thank you Yonny and all the excellent employees at Mini of Baltimore.

It was three weeks ago from this coming Friday that my wife came home after work with her Mini Clubman telling me that the engine icon had shown up on her service dial and was indicating that there were emission exhaust problems. This was around 4:30 p.m. and I immediately called Mini of Baltimore and talked with Allen Rolocut. I explained the problem to him and he asked if someone could bring the car in first thing the following morning which my wife did. I generally always take my MINI to MoBC’s yearly service clinics just to have my car looked over for any unseen problems. I always appreciate the warm reception I receive and the attention always paid to any concerns I might have, particularly by Yoni Baron, Allen Rolocut and longtime service technician Keith Oster.

I bought a new Mini Cooper in 2012 and have been going to Mini of Baltimore County ever since. My car has 130K miles and is going strong thanks to Yoni Baron & Mini of Baltimore County. Yoni is straight-forward and trustworthy. He won't try to sell you something you don't need. He's incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and eager to assist. I've never had any issues with the services performed at Mini of Baltimore County. I highly recommend Mini of Baltimore County & Yoni Baron! They're great!

Yoni Baron is one of the best top notch customer service reps I have ever felt with! He is always on point, up front and honest, and goes the extra mile for you. I am exceptionally happy with the customer service at Mini of Towson and have been going there for 2 years now.

It sounds odd, but I always look forward to coming in for service at MINI of Baltimore County. Yoni goes out of his way answer any questions that I might have, researches my various oddball questions and looks after my best interests. I've never had that at any other dealership. Not even close.
