"Great service" I appreciated the service starting from arrival until my MINI was ready. Preston was really helpful by texting me throughout to keep me updated and I also really liked the video that was texted to me by the person doing my service. It gave a walkthrough of how my car looked and what he was doing.

"Great Service Experience" This service center is terrific. Spacious, clean, well-staffed and well-stocked if you wait while service is done. Kept in touch with me via text throughout the service. Even sent me a VIDEO tour of the underside of my car while it was on the lift! Was able to approve service, view my invoice and pay on my phone. The sprayed the car with disinfectant before and after they worked on it. This was a great experience. Car is in tip top shape! Thanks Otto's!
