"Quick and Painless" As shown in the attached picture, I am not visible, thus I must be a ninja. I find my new Mini convertible very helpful in being a ninja. The car is very quick, very nimble, and a lot of fun to drive. Michael made the purchasing process relatively painless.
"5 Star Experience!" Pete Barcus is great to work with. I've bought two cars from him to date. He is very knowledgeable of the brand, friendly, professional and makes the buying process easy. Bravo!
"Easy process, drop off and pick up" I usually stress about taking my car in for service but Preston is always so pleasant to work with. As soon as I saw him, my anxiety went away. Also, at Mini, I never stand around waiting for someone to help me, they are on top of things.

He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase multiple times. We love our mini and would come back to Ottos anytime.
"good as always" Good communication, reasonable prices, uses technology in a helpful way. They were well set up for COVID-19 and it felt safe to use the service during the pandemic.
"Great service" We had a minor issue with our new mini. Preston was there at the beginning, greeted us, explained the process, and we were on our way with a loaner vehicle within minutes. Our vehicle was ready for pickup later in the afternoon. No problems. All in all, it was a smooth process.
"Satisfactory Service" My mini was in for yearly service. I was pleased to be greeted with Preston when I arrived. This is only my 3rd time coming in for service and he has been there to greet me every time. I feel very comfortable asking questions and he has provided through answers every time. Always good to see a familiar face! Overall good service experience.
