"Quick and Painless" As shown in the attached picture, I am not visible, thus I must be a ninja. I find my new Mini convertible very helpful in being a ninja. The car is very quick, very nimble, and a lot of fun to drive. Michael made the purchasing process relatively painless.

"Easy process, drop off and pick up" I usually stress about taking my car in for service but Preston is always so pleasant to work with. As soon as I saw him, my anxiety went away. Also, at Mini, I never stand around waiting for someone to help me, they are on top of things.

"Great service" We had a minor issue with our new mini. Preston was there at the beginning, greeted us, explained the process, and we were on our way with a loaner vehicle within minutes. Our vehicle was ready for pickup later in the afternoon. No problems. All in all, it was a smooth process.

"Satisfactory Service" My mini was in for yearly service. I was pleased to be greeted with Preston when I arrived. This is only my 3rd time coming in for service and he has been there to greet me every time. I feel very comfortable asking questions and he has provided through answers every time. Always good to see a familiar face! Overall good service experience.
