"Great Service" Recently had the occasion to vivit Otto Mini for the annual inspection and regular maintenance. Made my appointment on line with ease. Arrived a few minutes before my scheduled time but was greeting, nonetheless, very cordially. The check in process was a breeze. I waited at the dealership for the work to be done. "Post COVID Car Buying - Painless! " We were intending to buy a new car for my husband just as COVID hit. With no one going anywhere, the need took a back seat. Fast forward almost three months and we reached out to Michael Dixon about a Certified Mini that we'd found online. We were able to do a socially distant test drive and almost all of the back and forth on line and were in our Coop having spent less than an hour total in the dealership.
