"We recently purchased a countryman ALL4S and had a great..." We recently purchased a countryman ALL4S and had a great experience with Michael and dealer. They noticed a ding on the bumper and replaced it, they also replaced the racing stripes because it was a little faded, and even gave it a fresh oil change because it was due for a service! All of which I didn’t notice or ask for! I was in and out on day of pick up and overall extremely happy with my choice and the people there! Great dealer and super positive experience!

"Auto brake service and PA Inspection" I had my vehicle in for brake service, oil change, Pa State inspection and emissions inspection. I waited for the work to be completed. The time to complete the work was reasonable. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. All employees practiced social distancing, wore masks, and practiced Convid-19 safety protocols. My service representative was friendly and knowledgeable.

When my maintenance program and warranty were finished I thought about going to a local mechanic as everyone says the "dealer is more expensive." "Repeat Buyer" In 2013, I purchased my first Mini Countryman and liked it so much that I returned to purchase another one this year. Have only had the new car for a few days but am very pleased with it. Beautiful blue color and very nice interior. Very happy with the purchase.
