"Great service!" They went over the car and sent a video of it pointing out the bad stuff they found. As a mechanic it helped make my decision to have them fix the problems and we had bought the car used and got the extended warranty, it paid off in this situation. All repairs were performed satisfactorily.

Preston went over everything with me regarding what was needed and answered all my questions. I would recommend Otto's to anyone!
