"Great service!" They went over the car and sent a video of it pointing out the bad stuff they found. As a mechanic it helped make my decision to have them fix the problems and we had bought the car used and got the extended warranty, it paid off in this situation. All repairs were performed satisfactorily.

"Amazing customer service" From the first person I encountered when I first drove up to the service center, to the woman who took care of the payments, every single person in Otto's had exceptional customer service! Preston went over everything with me regarding what was needed and answered all my questions. I would recommend Otto's to anyone! This is farther for me than another MINI dealership, but it is worth the drive due to their service and friendliness. Thank you Otto's!!
