"Quick and complete" My good ‘ole Mini convertible was in for inspection. No problemo - and on we go. A short, comfortable wait included a fig bar, chewy gummies, and a coffee. After I got back in a clean, sanitized car, I had to lower the roof to drive home. Top down is always the best.

"Choose the Best, Leave the Rest" From the very first phone call, everyone at this dealership was informative, attentive and respectful. "Best of the best" Best of the best. I was a bit shocked at the number of service items on the list, but I adjust quickly: have put a lot of miles on the car in the past year commuting between Altoona, Gettysburg, and my kid's house in the Valley Forge area. Preston is objective and kind, and practical in a way I am not. Which is exactly what I need. Bob Dettmann did excellent work. What a good guy. Sending a complimentary letter to Mr. Fritz. Should be on paper with a real signature.

"Inspection and rotation" Service was a great experience. Getting a video of the car being inspected is a nice touch. Only negative was that it took 2 hours for inspection and tire balance and rotation. Seemed too long for this operation.
