When my wife and I came to the lot we were undecided on if this is where we wanted to spend our money. We met Kyle and he answered all of our questions and paired us with a car that met our needs and wants. We enjoyed our experience and it was very informative and fun. This is our first Mini but not our last. In a couple of years we'll be back for that convertible. Thanks to Kyle and Dave they did a great job.

Every aspect of the dealings with Mini of Madison, including Kyle, were easy and pleasant. I received a good technical overview of the car and there was enthusism for selling without overselling.

Kyle was flexible and helpful from the very start. Very committed to the dealership and also knowledgable about the car. Kyle and Shawn took plenty of time with me to match what I was looking for with what they could deliver, and they succeeded. Quite responsive both on phone and email. I am very happy with the vehicle they sold me. I am also extremely happy with the accurate representation of the pricing of the vehicle - no hidden surprises - which is important to me. I would work with both Kyle and Shawn again.

Kyle did an awesome job making sure my needs were met. His conversational style in the test drive put me at ease and open to share truly what I was seeking in a car. Equally important, he projected a personability in his demeanor and overall approach. During the downtime of the interaction, he shared a story about a Mini Road Trip and then proceeded to share pictures. His passion for his product oozed from the experience. He was discreet about sharing details on the trade in value. Again, Kyle rocked!

I went in to Mini of Madison in late June 2011, I had found a vehicle in their inventory online and knew specifically what I was interested in. I was scheduled to take a road trip to the west coast the next day. Despite the urgency to trade in my Mazda and head out of state the entire experience was very easy going. worked with us on financing. dealt with us fairly. willing to deal and compromise on details. this was a strange and complicated deal--son bought vial email and wire transfrers (he is in Kuwait) Kyle was patient with us Both Dave and Casey were wonderful with the finacing and the delivery.

Eddie is very personable and answered all my questions with respect and a positive attitude. The courtship started in spring (and I purchased in August) and he never gave me the impression I wasn't a valuable customer nor did he ever give me that creepy "sales guy" vibe. The dealership is clean and hip and very MINI. Ironically enough, my first new car was a Saturn and though I didn't buy it from Zimbrick (or in Wisconsin for that matter) I did have my SW1 serviced in the very same building that's now this MINI dealership.
