Tony was one of the reasons I decided on my mini. He was so easy to talk to and patient while I made up my mind.

The experience at Mini of Birmingham was amazing! We got to park in the VIP Parking, we were greeted as we walked in and helped immediately. Tony, who I had an appointment with, was with another appointment ( I was two hours early), so we had another gentleman help us at first, but as soon as Tony had a chance, he took over. After a very disappointing trip to BMW of Nashville, which is owned by the same group, we found a used mini for my daughter at Birmingham Mini and drove down to check it out, not expecting much from our encounter with BMW. Boy was I wrong, Catherine did a phenomenal job making us feel at ease and making my daughter feel special( her 1st car). The dealership and the people are just plain fun! I like to enjoy myself and buying a car and driving should both be enjoyable experiences. Catherine is a great salesperson, if maybe a little crazy, but in a good way! Catherine makes the experience fun and helps the customer see the potential of what the mini can do. Service was fast and staff very friendly! My appointment was made by phone. I live about 60 miles away, so they were very accommodating for my appointment time.
