I initially saw my Mini Cooper on Autotrader and stopped in for a peek. She hadn't arrived, but Catherine gave me all the details, let me test drive something similiar, and even sent me a picture when the Mini arrived. I arrived on Saturday for the purchase and the process was easy and stress free. I've been looking for over a year between Alabama and Georgia and found the best price at MOB. Between the price and customer service I went from not in the market to purchasing a my Mini in 3 days.
We came in not knowing what we could do, and Bill Powell made it happen! We didn't get approved for just one vehicle but two! He did the unthinkable!! I would reccomend him to anyone!
I recently purchased a used BMW and received excellent, professional service from Bill Powell. I live 3 1/2 hours from the dealership and Bill was very helpful and courtious of my time. He even patiently waited almost 2 hours after the dealership closed for me to arrive and purchase the car I wanted. We had been looking for a truck for my husband for a while and found one on the website. As we came in Bill greeted us and from that point on he made sure we felt welcomed and pleased with ALL of our experience. He called after completing the purchase to make sure we were pleased and followed up to make sure we received everything we need.
