We arrived and asked to see a specific model in a specific price range. Bill Powell met both of those parameters and much more. He was attentive and described each vehicle I asked about in detail. We closed the deal late in the evening. He stayed and patiently went over every single feature of my new vehicle so that I was comfortable utilizing each feature. Catherine was so helpful and patient with me. I was trying to keep my payments in a certain range and she went out of her way to help me find what I could afford. She found me an awesome very low mileage Mini Countryman at a dealership in Texas. The car was delivered to her on a Wednesday and Catherine drove the car all the way to Montgomery and delivered it to me at work the next day! This is what I call "Customer Service"! Ordered a new Mini for my wife and just took delivery. Our salesman, Rick Weinberg, was great and everything about the car came in just as we specified. The delivery process took a little longer than expected, but that was mostly due to the extensive demonstration of the features and controls. We highly recommend Rick and Mini of Birmingham.
