My wife and I recently purchased a 2011 Toyota van from this Mini dealer. We found the car online and were able to easily, and quickly set up an appointment over the phone. As soon as we arrived till the time we signed the papers and left, the whole team was extremely polite and helpful. They let us test drive the vehicle for 24 hours. No pressure or dealer hassle. Catherine went above and beyond helping me to purchase a Mini Countryman. I know that I am not the easiest person to please. Yes, I would recommend MINI of Birmingingham Service Center. Love our (2) MINI Coopers!! RJ is the reason I come back to MINI for repairs. Ok, because of the quality work that is done to my MINI too. However, RJ always calls me by name, he is courteous & helpful when I have an issue or question. RJ has Great! customer service. He takes care of my cars when I have to visit for regular check-ups or a boo boo (truck tire took off side mirror). Go RJ!! ??????
RJ was extremely helpful explaining all that was done to our 2013 MINI. MOB has been great from our first visit, purchase, and all service/warranty work. Highly recommend!
