Catherine, can't thank you enough again for all your help and time spent with me on finally finding and purchasing a third mini. It took us a few months to find the "right" car for our daughter, but Catherine was VERY patient with us and helped us through this process. She would contact us whenever a new arrival came to the dealership she thought we would like and fit our needs. I cannot say enough kind words about Catherine and how attentive she was to us, making us feel as if we were not just another sale. I have to say I did not expect to be driving away in a new car when my father and I pulled up to this MINI dealership in Birmingham, Ala. Very nice and helpful. I bought my car from another dealership and didn't like the service there so I decided to start getting it service with RJ instead. Much much better service and 100% happy with the quality.
My experience at Mini of Birmingham was extremely simple and rewarding. The sales staff made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in until the deal was completed.
