About Mintahoe Catering & Events In 1993, we opened our doors with one catering van and a few grills. Today, Mintahoe Catering & Events is the largest family-owned and family-operated catering company in Minnesota. With four bustling catering divisions and nine signature venues, we understand that every event and every client is unique. Thanks to our talented team and wonderful clients, we proudly cater to more than 5,000 events each year!

Mintahoe was the caterer for our wedding at Leopold’s Mississippi Gardens. Erin was our main point of contact and she did an outstanding job! She was always on top of planning, from food to day of timelines. Whenever we had random questions she was always available and quick to respond back. Our experience was phenomenal. We were planning our wedding from California and from the very beginning, our coordinator, Courtney, was amazing to work with. She made time to meet in person the one time my fiancee was in town, communicated promptly and was all around so helpful in every way. The day of the wedding couldn't have been better. Our experience was impeccable. Their attention to detail and organization were fantastic. The food was delicious, and the service outstanding. They were major contributors to what was one of the best days of our lives. We'd give 6 stars if possible!

From beginning to end, everything about working with Erin from Mintahoe was stellar. Mintahoe was the caterer that came with our venue (Leopold's Mississippi Gardens) and I can totally see why! We had our wedding at Leopold’s Mississippi Gardens in June. We loved working with Erin and the other staff members, they made it easy and enjoyable to plan everything! Erin was always very prompt in answering our phone calls or emails. We received many compliments from our guests about the food! It was great how they were able to accommodate some of our special food requests and our large number of guests! Overall we were very satisfied with the preparation leading up to the big day and the execution the day of!

We had our wedding at A'bulae on 6.2.18 and the venue comes with Mintahoe Catering. I worked with Denise and she was a pleasure to work with. She was knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. She was flexible as well- we changed some food options a couple weeks before the wedding and she was able to cater to our needs in a short turn around.
