We had the joy of working with Mintahoe Catering & Events for our wedding at The Van Dusen Mansion. The entire process with Mintahoe from start to finish was fantastic. We could not have asked for a better experience. The staff is exceptional. They were very kind and helpful and our big day ran as smooth as could be. You can't go wrong in choosing Mintahoe!
Mintahoe Catering & Denise were wonderful to work with from day one through to the wedding! The planning staff was always quick to respond and happy to accommodate all our requests. Denise was excellent in walking us through all the planning steps and giving us great options and advice for making the day smooth and effective. First the good about Mintahoe. They were very cooperative in food substitutions that we wanted, especially for the bride and groom. They let us substitute Bearnaise sauce with our beef which was wonderful. The staff was also wonderful and very attentive during the entire evening. We planned a celebration of life at the Inwood Oaks location - we did it on short notice and with a tight budget and it couldn't have turned out more meaningful. The staff was amazing, the food was delicious, and they were very accommodating to all of our needs. Mintahoe was the caterer for our wedding at Leopold’s Mississippi Gardens. Erin was our main point of contact and she did an outstanding job! She was always on top of planning, from food to day of timelines. Whenever we had random questions she was always available and quick to respond back. Our experience was phenomenal. We were planning our wedding from California and from the very beginning, our coordinator, Courtney, was amazing to work with. She made time to meet in person the one time my fiancee was in town, communicated promptly and was all around so helpful in every way. The day of the wedding couldn't have been better. Our experience was impeccable. Their attention to detail and organization were fantastic. The food was delicious, and the service outstanding. They were major contributors to what was one of the best days of our lives. We'd give 6 stars if possible!

From beginning to end, everything about working with Erin from Mintahoe was stellar. Mintahoe was the caterer that came with our venue (Leopold's Mississippi Gardens) and I can totally see why!
