I would highly recommend Mintahoe. They were so helpful and made us feel that they were genuinely trying to help us find the most cost efficient route. They were accommodating with all requests and had a sense of urgency when answering emails, phone calls etc. The food was amazing! We had glowing reviews from guests in desserts and entrees.

Working with Mintahoe was easier than I could have ever imagined. When we were planning our wedding, we were planning it from Fargo, about three and a half hours away, and then a year before the wedding we moved to Bozeman, Montana, about 14 hours from Saint Paul. When should have been stressful being nowhere near the venue was easy and as stress-free, as it could have been. We loved working with Mintahoe for our wedding. The staff were great and very professional. The food (appetizers, salads, entrees, and dessert) was all amazing - we had so many compliments on all of it. Erin answered all of our questions in a timely manner and was so fun and easy to work with!

Mintahoe catered my daughters' wedding in August of 2019. They did an amazing job with setting the tables and making them look fabulous, cooking the sit down dinner, and serving it. Their servers were friendly and accommodating. We did not order late night apps through them but their staff was still around helping pick up which was a help. Prior to the wedding everything went smoothly from choosing the menu to getting a final count. I would recommend them highly!

We used Mintahoe for our wedding last month and the food was delicious. We opted to do 3 stations rather than a buffet. Each station offered something completely different and our guests loved all three. Gabriella was the coordinator that we worked with and she was amazing. She was patient and knowledgeable, and she was a great communicator who responded quickly to all of our questions throughout the whole process.

I had the opportunity to work with Gabby Panebianco during a friend's recent wedding at the Nicollet Island Pavilion. Gabby's expertise, experience, and professionalism ensured that the event was a flawless success. Gabby was calm and thorough, available to answer all of our questions and her pleasant nature made the entire experience a joy. Nicollet Island Pavilion was an incredible venue and if we had to do it over we would get married there again in a heartbeat. We looked at ~20 venues around the city and couldn’t find anything that could compare in terms of size, city view, on the water, etc…The price was competitive with all other similar sized downtown venues.
