Our experience with Mintahoe was truly exceptional! They had their menu laid out and it was very easy to pick what we wanted! Everything was clearly priced which was helpful in planning a wedding because we didn’t have to worry about any hidden charges. The tasting was amazing and got us really excited for our wedding meal! We had our wedding at Mississippi Gardens and Mintahoe was the caterer. Erin was very helpful in months leading up to the event in arranging the meal choices and our dessert options. The guests really enjoyed the food and everything went very smoothly!

Mintahoe Catering & Events was so great to work with! The planning process was easy, friendly, straight forward, and smooth. Trish was the best! We had our wedding at Nicollet Island Pavilion, and MCE helped make the whole day/ night perfect. The food was so delicious! The service was outstanding.. We 100% recommend using them for your big event. Thank you, MCE and Trish!!!

While the food was just okay the service we received both leading up to and at our event was great. Tyler was our event captain at The Van Dusen Mansion and really was spectacular. Always available when needed and unflinchingly polite. Mary Jo was our Sales Consultant and was always quick to answer questions and very accommodating of any last minute changes that had to happen.

We loved the food from Mintahoe! By far the best wedding food we have ever had; it will take a lot to measure up to that high bar. We were able to get pretty much exactly what we wanted and Mary Jo was very good at explaining all of our options. It was a little more expensive than we wanted, but worth it.

Mintahoe catered our wedding on 04.28.18 at the Van Dusen Mansion. Mary Jo was one of my favorite people to work with during the entire wedding planning process because she responded to emails promptly, was really patient in answering my questions, and really helped us figure out what our wedding day would look like. We had an awesome experience with Mintahoe for our wedding at Van Dusen Mansion in April. They were great with the whole process leading up to the wedding, tailoring all of our food and beverages to us, and providing a great schedule of events. Everything was extremely detailed and planned out and their communication was exellent. I would highly recommend them, for any big event.
