We had our wedding at Leopold’s Mississippi Gardens in June. We loved working with Erin and the other staff members, they made it easy and enjoyable to plan everything! Erin was always very prompt in answering our phone calls or emails. We received many compliments from our guests about the food! It was great how they were able to accommodate some of our special food requests and our large number of guests! Overall we were very satisfied with the preparation leading up to the big day and the execution the day of!

We had our wedding at A'bulae on 6.2.18 and the venue comes with Mintahoe Catering. I worked with Denise and she was a pleasure to work with. She was knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. She was flexible as well- we changed some food options a couple weeks before the wedding and she was able to cater to our needs in a short turn around. We had our wedding at Leopold's Mississippi Gardens and had the pleasure of working with Erin from Mintahoe. She was very knowledgeable, relaxed, and easy to work with. She always got back to us right away and was patient with our questions and concerns. The food was delicious and we received many compliments from our guests.

Our experience with Mintahoe was truly exceptional! They had their menu laid out and it was very easy to pick what we wanted! Everything was clearly priced which was helpful in planning a wedding because we didn’t have to worry about any hidden charges. The tasting was amazing and got us really excited for our wedding meal! Mintahoe Catering & Events was so great to work with! The planning process was easy, friendly, straight forward, and smooth. Trish was the best! We had our wedding at Nicollet Island Pavilion, and MCE helped make the whole day/ night perfect. The food was so delicious! The service was outstanding..
