I had the opportunity of coordinating a client's wedding at the Nicollet Island Pavillion and I must confess that I worked with the best site coordinator. GABRIELLA PANEBIANCO was amazing to work with. She went over and beyond to make the event a success. The food was delicious and the ambience was great. I would definitely recommend Mintahoe to my clients especially NIP and Gabriella. Thanks for an awesome time.
We had our wedding at the Minnesota Boat Club where Mintahoe was the exclusive caterer. The people that we worked with (Katie, Kailey, and Lydia) were all very prompt with their email responses. We had a lot of fun at the tasting event too.
Where do I begin?!?! Working with the team at Mintahoe was a dream. My husband and I live out of state (he is from the Twin Cities area) and I had no idea how to begin our wedding planning. So organized. So professional. They truly created the dreamiest day for us and we will never forget it.
Mintahoe took care of us from the beginning! Our evening went of beautifully and people kept saying how wonderful the food was! It was great to focus on our family and friends and let Mintahoe do the food. They also worked with us to get a special menu and options to fit our budget.
Emily and Gabriella were so great to work with both leading up to, and the day of the event. The ceremony area, cocktail hour area, and inside venue was beautiful! Our guests loved the beauty of the river and views of downtown were spectacular! The food was excellent and Emily kept everything running perfectly and on schedule. The food was delicious and the staff were easy to work with. The contract was easy to understand with no surprise fees. The staff the day of the event were professional and friendly. Would highly recommend!
The staff was wonderful to work with even after our event coordinator left Mintahoe, Sydney contacted us immediately to assure us that she will take good care of us and make sure everything runs smoothly, which she did! Chef Joe was awesome to work with as well, accommodating our Hmong foods into his menu! We had so many praises on the menu selections for the wedding reception and how delicious the food was.
