While the food was just okay the service we received both leading up to and at our event was great. Tyler was our event captain at The Van Dusen Mansion and really was spectacular. Always available when needed and unflinchingly polite. Mary Jo was our Sales Consultant and was always quick to answer questions and very accommodating of any last minute changes that had to happen.

We loved the food from Mintahoe! By far the best wedding food we have ever had; it will take a lot to measure up to that high bar. We were able to get pretty much exactly what we wanted and Mary Jo was very good at explaining all of our options. It was a little more expensive than we wanted, but worth it.

Mintahoe catered our wedding on 04.28.18 at the Van Dusen Mansion. Mary Jo was one of my favorite people to work with during the entire wedding planning process because she responded to emails promptly, was really patient in answering my questions, and really helped us figure out what our wedding day would look like. We had an awesome experience with Mintahoe for our wedding at Van Dusen Mansion in April. They were great with the whole process leading up to the wedding, tailoring all of our food and beverages to us, and providing a great schedule of events. Everything was extremely detailed and planned out and their communication was exellent. I would highly recommend them, for any big event.

Our venue for The Van Dusen Wedding was absolutely perfect and a fairy tale wedding come true! The wedding for Rachel and Boyd Netley on July 15th, 2018 was forever remembered fondly by our families and us of coarse. We used Mintahoe for our event at the Van Duesen Mansion and they were absolutely incredible. The food was stellar and they were very easy to plan with. I have never used a catering company to this caliber and the staff were very accommodating to budget as well as helpful in making food selections. Highly recommend using them for your next catered event!

We had our wedding at A'bulae in September and received so many compliments on the food and service (still to this day). I had read some reviews complaining on the price, but you get what you pay for. They had so many options for food choices, and the tasting was a great way to help narrow it down.Appetizers were great, and the staff even put some at the head table since we didn't get the chance to have any during social hour due to pictures. We loved everything about working with Mintahoe. They were very knowledgeable and when we wanted a custom dinner offering, they did it with ease. The food was amazing and we had numerous guests talk about how good the food was several days after the event. I would recommend them to any couple getting married that wants to have great food at their event.
