About Mintahoe Catering & Events In 1993, we opened our doors with one catering van and a few grills. Today, Mintahoe Catering & Events is the largest family-owned and family-operated catering company in Minnesota. With four bustling catering divisions and nine signature venues, we understand that every event and every client is unique. Thanks to our talented team and wonderful clients, we proudly cater to more than 5,000 events each year!

On the day of our wedding Mintahoe was fantastic - the staff was kind, everything ran on time, and, perhaps most importantly, the food was delicious. We didn't have to worry about a thing on the day of our wedding. Finalizing our choices for the day-of menu took more effort than we anticipated, but, again, in terms of service, they were truly phenomenal. Note that Mintahoe was the exclusive caterer at our event so we felt a bit locked in on price and we didn't sample from anywhere else.
We held our wedding at the Garden Room of Eden Prairie on 8-19-17, and Mintahoe was in charge of the event and catering. Heather was wonderful with coordinating the whole day and making our requests happen! She was a great source, and even though I didn't have a wedding planner, Heather made me feel as if I had one! Mintahoe was AMAZING all around! Their staff was more than accommodating to our needs throughout the night. Tyler was our event captain and made sure everything went amazing- and it did! Their food is by far the best and freshly cooked. We received so many compliments on how good the food was!
Absolutely wonderful! Erin was quick to respond, knowledgeable and very nice. I heard nothing but wonderful things about the taste of the food. They were also very accommodating to my special meal requests for the guests with dietary restrictions. Would TOTALLY recommend!

We had our wedding at Mississippi Gardens and had the pleasure of working with Mintahoe for our catering needs as well as wedding coordinator. They were so fabulous to work with and made planning seem so easy and stress free! We also received so many compliments on the food that was served! I would highly recommend Mintahoe. Great staff!
My husband and I got married at Leopold's Mississippi Gardens where Mintahoe is the caterer. All of the food was delicious and the staff was incredibly professional. We had many compliments on the food and service. We would definitely recommend Mintahoe to others!!
My husband and I got married at the Van Dusen mansion and had catering by Mintahoe. The staff was so easy to work with and very accommodating, and the food was delicious!
My wife and I (YAY) got married at the Minnesota Boat Club on 10/8/17 and it was the most wonderful experience. Katie was incredibly helpful and a presence of calm. The food and libations were amazing, but not as amazing as the staff providing them. Shout out to Event Captain Tyler! He was helpful, funny, and always willing to accommodate!
