Our wedding was in June, and it is now January and we are STILL hearing about how fantastic the food was at our wedding. We had stations placed throughout our venue with our favorites, and everyone enjoyed trying all of the different options. The “smashtini” was a big hit - we recreated it for Thanksgiving! Erin was absolutely great to work with, she made our planning a breeze. Thank you, Mintahoe! Anyone looking for a fantastic food experience – Mintahoe is your answer!

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Mintahoe for our December wedding. From start to finish, Mary Jo and the whole team catered (pun unintended) to us. We wanted certain things done a little different than the "standard" and it was never an issue. They were so organized day-of that I never even noticed the scene changes. The plated service was amazing, cake was delicious, service was incredible - Honestly everything was perfect. Thank you Mintahoe!!

We got married at Nicollet Island Pavilion and loved the look of the venue and the many options for indoor/outdoor accommodations. The food is expensive, but fabulous, so you get what you pay for! Overall our wedding was full of love, fun and the vibe we were looking for! I wish I could give it 5 stars for the above reasons and 2 stars for the efficiency of the planning process and billing. We hired Mintahoe for their bar package at the James J. Hill Center and they were amazing! Sarah was so easy to work with on setting up the event and answered all my questions promptly and in detail. And Johnny the bartender was absolutely fantastic. He was quick, friendly, and always had a drink ready for us--and the guests loved him, too! If you use Mintahoe for your event, request him. You will not be disappointed.

On the day of our wedding Mintahoe was fantastic - the staff was kind, everything ran on time, and, perhaps most importantly, the food was delicious. We didn't have to worry about a thing on the day of our wedding. Finalizing our choices for the day-of menu took more effort than we anticipated, but, again, in terms of service, they were truly phenomenal. Note that Mintahoe was the exclusive caterer at our event so we felt a bit locked in on price and we didn't sample from anywhere else.
We held our wedding at the Garden Room of Eden Prairie on 8-19-17, and Mintahoe was in charge of the event and catering. Heather was wonderful with coordinating the whole day and making our requests happen! She was a great source, and even though I didn't have a wedding planner, Heather made me feel as if I had one! Mintahoe was AMAZING all around! Their staff was more than accommodating to our needs throughout the night. Tyler was our event captain and made sure everything went amazing- and it did! Their food is by far the best and freshly cooked. We received so many compliments on how good the food was!
Absolutely wonderful! Erin was quick to respond, knowledgeable and very nice. I heard nothing but wonderful things about the taste of the food. They were also very accommodating to my special meal requests for the guests with dietary restrictions. Would TOTALLY recommend!
