We were very happy with our wedding catered by Mintahoe! We worked with Tracy at the Nicollett Island Pavilion and she was wonderful! She truly really went out of her way to ensure our day was perfect! We were very pleased by the service and staff. Tracy and her team were very transparent and easy to communicate with during the entire planning process. We highly recommend Mintahoe!

We had the pleasure of working with Denise from Mintahoe for our NYE wedding. It was fantastic from the beginning. From the chefs sampling (the tasting was so fun!) to the execution of the actual day, Denise was accommodating, friendly and professional... she went above and beyond for us! We had custom “his” and “hers” cocktails, passed apps and a wonderful buffet. Our food and drink was fantastic and we couldn’t have been happier.

Our experience working with Mintahoe was exceptional. The tasting gave us a great opportunity to try a variety of items on their menu, and we brought along our parents which was a fun pre-wedding triple date. Denise met with my husband and me shortly thereafter to discuss options, give recommendations and walk us through the process. Minntahoe was fantastic throughout our entire planning period and the day of our wedding. We got married at Mississippi Gardens and they made the entire day absolutely fantastic! Erin, Raul, and the whole staff were there to make sure everything went off without a hitch. The food was wonderful and the service was even better. Thank you to the entire Minntahoe staff!

Fantastic! Our daughter’s wedding ran so smoothly and professionally with the amazing organization and timing of the Mintahoe staff. From beginning to end, our coordinator, Mary Jo walked us through our options and made every accommodation. We tasted food, we customized meals, we made changes to bar options all with ease. It was costly, more than half of our total wedding, but at least we received the best service and the most beautiful event! Our consultant seemed pre-occupied. Maybe she needs another person to help handle menu customization and requests. She would answer questions in a timely manner but did not provide updated menus and proposals in a timely manner. She would often forget to include items I mentioned. Very frustrating especially when we got down to the wire (2 weeks out). The tasting was a let down. We were only able to try items already pre-selected for us.
