Today, Mintahoe Catering & Events is the largest family-owned and family-operated catering company in Minnesota. With four bustling catering divisions and nine signature venues, we understand that every event and every client is unique. Thanks to our talented team and wonderful clients, we proudly cater to more than 5,000 events each year!

Our experience working with Mintahoe was exceptional. The tasting gave us a great opportunity to try a variety of items on their menu, and we brought along our parents which was a fun pre-wedding triple date. Denise met with my husband and me shortly thereafter to discuss options, give recommendations and walk us through the process. Minntahoe was fantastic throughout our entire planning period and the day of our wedding. We got married at Mississippi Gardens and they made the entire day absolutely fantastic! Erin, Raul, and the whole staff were there to make sure everything went off without a hitch. The food was wonderful and the service was even better. Thank you to the entire Minntahoe staff!

Fantastic! Our daughter’s wedding ran so smoothly and professionally with the amazing organization and timing of the Mintahoe staff. From beginning to end, our coordinator, Mary Jo walked us through our options and made every accommodation. We tasted food, we customized meals, we made changes to bar options all with ease. Our consultant seemed pre-occupied. Maybe she needs another person to help handle menu customization and requests. She would answer questions in a timely manner but did not provide updated menus and proposals in a timely manner. She would often forget to include items I mentioned. Very frustrating especially when we got down to the wire (2 weeks out). The tasting was a let down. We were only able to try items already pre-selected for us. Katie and rest of the Mintahoe team were amazing to work with leading up to our big day! The tasting event was so fun and easy to sample and choose our favorites. We also really appreciated how flexible, accommodating and fast responding Katie was when working through all of the details of the day. It was nice that she had a strong working relationship with our Venue as well, so all communications and meetings could be combined together. We got married in September at the Minnesota Boat Club. We worked with Katie from Mintahoe and she made the process really easy. She promptly answered all of our questions and helped us navigate the entire process. We had a last minute change for some of the meals and Mintahoe was able to accommodate that and make a special meal for someone on a very strict diet. The food and drinks were great. We went through Mintahoe Catering for our wedding and couldn't be more pleased. The food and beverage selections are wide, unique and cater to all tastes. We selected a family style serve with the chicken and roast beef - our guests were raving about it!! We also chose the candied bacon donuts... WOW!
