Katie and rest of the Mintahoe team were amazing to work with leading up to our big day! The tasting event was so fun and easy to sample and choose our favorites. We also really appreciated how flexible, accommodating and fast responding Katie was when working through all of the details of the day. It was nice that she had a strong working relationship with our Venue as well, so all communications and meetings could be combined together. We got married in September at the Minnesota Boat Club. We worked with Katie from Mintahoe and she made the process really easy. She promptly answered all of our questions and helped us navigate the entire process. We had a last minute change for some of the meals and Mintahoe was able to accommodate that and make a special meal for someone on a very strict diet. The food and drinks were great. We went through Mintahoe Catering for our wedding and couldn't be more pleased. The food and beverage selections are wide, unique and cater to all tastes. We selected a family style serve with the chicken and roast beef - our guests were raving about it!! We also chose the candied bacon donuts... WOW! Not enough words to describe how amazing Erin (Leopold's Mississippi Garden's) was to us! The food was spectacular, the manager in charge our the catering event (I forgot his name) was so helpful and sweet. We are so thrilled to have experienced Mintahoe's first class service and look forward to working with them again in the near future.

We absolutely loved Mintahoe! Very accommodating and professional. I didn't have to worry about a thing. We even had an unexpected guest show up the day of the even and Mary Jo took care if it with out an issue. Day went off with out a hitch and the food was terrific! Thank you Mintahoe and the staff at The Van Dusen Mansion. The day was perfect.

The Mintahoe staff really know how to make everything perfect for your special day. Our wedding day went so smooth due to all the planning and prep Mary Jo did. Their beef was amazing! I still get so many compliments on that choice. I felt a little limited by the menu. They have a lot of classier food on the menu most of which my husband and I weren't too fond of. We were able to find a few items that we liked and knew others would. The staff is amazing and did a great job the night of!

Mintahoe was wonderful to work with! They were our caterer at Leopold's Mississippi Gardens and did such a great job! We had chosen to not have assigned seating and were told food service might take longer, it didn't at all! Everyone had their food quick and the service was fantastic. If you're looking top-notch food for your wedding, Mintahoe is the way to go. My guests raved about our food - my grandfather even claimed the sea bass could have been served at a five-star restaurant! Would highly recommend.
