Mintahoe catering was essential in making our wedding day so special! We chose to serve our food family style, which went off flawlessly due to Mintahoe and their catering staff. The food was delicious!

AMAZING FOOD! Our wedding was on 9/2/17 at A'bulae in St. Paul. The wingtip chicken with garlic herd sauce and beef tenderloin were perfect with the side of mashed potatoes. Our private food tasting was okay, but the night of our wedding my husband and I ate everything on the plate. Highly recommend!!!

We are so happy with everything about our wedding at the Nicollet Island Pavilion! The venue is incomparable: it is such a beautiful place, made only more special by a few lighting and decor touches. You will want to get the Cafe lights strung in the Pavilion, they look fantastic! The food was also very good - I would highly recommend a family-style meal (great value, everyone left full!), especially the Chicken Piccata. This food is INCREDIBLE. From the standard chicken to the filet mignon - I was blown away! We went with the butternut squash ravioli and people could not stop talking about how great it was all night! Besides that - We got married at the Minnesota Boat Club. The venue was beautiful and Katie went above and beyond to help with the details on the day of our wedding! These guys are the best.

I would highly recommend Mintahoe and the Minnesota Boat Club to anyone looking for a more intimate event. We ended up with around 100 guests and the space was a perfect fit. We had so many compliments on the food and questions about how we found such a beautiful venue. Everything was very organized down to a timeline of meetings, so it was very easy for us to know when things needed to be done. I can't say enough about Tracy McCarthy and the Mintahoe staff at the Nicollet Island Pavilion. From the very beginning, Tracy treated us like family, and went out of her to make our wedding a success. The venue was perfect and food was amazing. Guests raved about the entire experience. Without a doubt, I would recommend Nicollet Island Pavilion. It was the perfect outdoor venue.

Had a wonderful wedding at the Pavilion in July! The location and venue are truly beautiful! We were able to have the wedding exactly how we liked! I would say the only downside is having to cater through them (just food, you can cater your own desserts). I also planned my wedding long-distance, which this venue did not accommodate in the best way. I work 8-5 everyday and it was difficult to find someone who could set aside time in the evening or weekends to have a phone meeting, which was postponed so long that we didn't ha... read more

We loved Mintahoe Catering for our wedding at Nicollet Island Pavilion!! They were very organized and worked with us to plan every detail so the day went smoothly. The food was delicious and the dessert bar was outstanding! I'd recommend cake pops...our guests were raving about these!! Very impressed and had a fabulous experience with Mintahoe.
