Mintahoe Catering provided top-notch food for our wedding guests! The service provided by the staff was excellent. All of our guests raved about the food! My husband and I had a very hard time choosing meal options after our initial tasting because we loved them all. I would highly recommend Mintahoe Catering!

My husband, Erik, and I worked with Denise Turner at Mintahoe Catering for our wedding on 7/21/17. Denise and the entire Mintahoe staff were incredible! From the moment we booked them to the day of the wedding, Denise was completely responsive and available to answer any of our questions or concerns. We loved our wedding at the Minneapolis Central Library! It was a beautiful venue and all of our guests thought so too. The food was delicious and the service was great. Our whole process of working with them was smooth. I would recommend Mintahoe for any event!

I loved working with Mary Jo at Mintahoe Catering! She was professional, very responsive, super helpful, and fun! The staff on the day of were beyond amazing and knew exactly what we needed and when. It was like they read our minds! The food itself was delicious and my guests raved about it throughout the evening and next day. I really enjoyed how flexible Mary Jo was able to be with guests' dietary restrictions, our personal preferences (we got "funfetti" cupcakes!), and desire to stay within our budget. Mintahoe was very professional and accommodating from day one for our ceremony on Raspberry Island and reception at the Minnesota Boat club. Our main contacts (Lindsay and Katie) were readily available for skype and in-person meetings and promptly updated our proposal after each meeting. They were very understanding of the specifics we wanted and helped us to obtain permits for Raspberry Island without us needing to ask, and they also were very helpful in recommending other vendors/decorative ideas but still keeping cost in ... read more

We absolutely loved working with Mintahoe Catering! Prior to the wedding day we had quick response time on emails which was a saving grace for a bride! We got to do a taste test which helped us pick our food. The day of the food was amazing! We still, one month later, have people raving about the food. We did family style which was so perfect and all our guests loved. Mintahoe is a great company and their staff is amazing. I would 100% use them again and recommend them to every bride to be!

Simply amazing!!! The serving staff did such an awesome job making sure all of our guests were taken care of and the food was phenomenal (highly recommend the beef wellington hors d'oeuvres...they were a big hit among our guests)! Mary Jo is great at keeping things organized and on schedule, which much appreciated on such an important day! Could not have been happier :) Thank you, Mintahoe!!!

Our experience was great with Mintahoe. Erin wade is the event coordinator and helped us out with any need or question we had- she was great! The food was delicious and everything seemed to have went smoothly!
