We could not be happier with Mintahoe! We had our wedding at A'BULAE, and Mintahoe is the only caterer they work with. The food was a little pricier than we had originally wanted, but we definitely got what we paid for - the food was FANTASTIC! I would echo The Knot's 4-star recommendation suggestion: "Fantastic, a solid choice." I worked with Erin on my wedding at the Minneapolis Central Library. She was awesome, very quick to respond to questions, very honest, and did everything she could to make a perfect day for us. She herself gets a 5-star review. Everything went seamless the day of the wedding. The day-of coordinator was the most calm person, which was very nice. We absolutely LOVED the entire Mintahoe Catering & Events Staff for our wedding this past Friday, July 21, 2017. Everything turned out beautifully. Erin was amazing to work with, incredibly helpful, and easy to communicate with. I probably sent her over 100 emails this past year + some odd months we have been planning since we chose Mississippi Gardens, and she or Courtney were always quick to respond with helpful insight! Mintahoe Catering provided top-notch food for our wedding guests! The service provided by the staff was excellent. All of our guests raved about the food! My husband and I had a very hard time choosing meal options after our initial tasting because we loved them all. I would highly recommend Mintahoe Catering!

My husband, Erik, and I worked with Denise Turner at Mintahoe Catering for our wedding on 7/21/17. Denise and the entire Mintahoe staff were incredible! From the moment we booked them to the day of the wedding, Denise was completely responsive and available to answer any of our questions or concerns. I loved working with Mary Jo at Mintahoe Catering! She was professional, very responsive, super helpful, and fun! The staff on the day of were beyond amazing and knew exactly what we needed and when. It was like they read our minds! The food itself was delicious and my guests raved about it throughout the evening and next day. Mintahoe was very professional and accommodating from day one for our ceremony on Raspberry Island and reception at the Minnesota Boat club. Our main contacts (Lindsay and Katie) were readily available for skype and in-person meetings and promptly updated our proposal after each meeting. They were very understanding of the specifics we wanted and helped us to obtain permits for Raspberry Island without us needing to ask, and they also were very helpful in recommending other vendors/decorative ideas but still keeping cost in ... read more
