We absolutely loved working with Mintahoe Catering! Prior to the wedding day we had quick response time on emails which was a saving grace for a bride! We got to do a taste test which helped us pick our food. The day of the food was amazing! We still, one month later, have people raving about the food. We did family style which was so perfect and all our guests loved. Mintahoe is a great company and their staff is amazing. I would 100% use them again and recommend them to every bride to be!

Simply amazing!!! The serving staff did such an awesome job making sure all of our guests were taken care of and the food was phenomenal (highly recommend the beef wellington hors d'oeuvres...they were a big hit among our guests)! Mary Jo is great at keeping things organized and on schedule, which much appreciated on such an important day! Could not have been happier :) Thank you, Mintahoe!!!

Our experience was great with Mintahoe. Erin wade is the event coordinator and helped us out with any need or question we had- she was great! The food was delicious and everything seemed to have went smoothly!

Mintahoe, was absolutely amazing to work with. The food was delicious and beautifully served. From start to finish working with Mary Jo and the rest of the Mintahoe team was fantastic. Since I am detail oriented too, I loved knowing someone else would look after the details on the day of my daughter and son-in-law's wedding day. We used Mintahoe for our wedding on May 13th 2017 at Mississippi Gardens. The staff was nothing short of amazing during our entire planning process. Erin was our Mintahoe consultant through Mississippi Gardens and she was truly the best! Every question I had about both the venue and food or beverage she had a prompt answer to. Mintahoe was fantastic! The food at our wedding was delicious and it was prepared and timed perfectly. They were attentive regarding my gluten allergy and accommodated our other special requests (e.g. personal wine selections) seamlessly. Mary Jo was thorough and professional and our guests were delighted with the results!

Overall, our experience with Mintahoe was fairly good. The guests loved the food and everything went smoothly with the planning process and the rest of the evening. However, we did not get the choice to work with them as our venue required it. While I had no problem with the service and the food, I thought their pricing was a little ridiculous.
