Today, Mintahoe Catering & Events is the largest family-owned and family-operated catering company in Minnesota. With four bustling catering divisions and nine signature venues, we understand that every event and every client is unique. Working with Mintahoe was an effortless, pleasant experience from beginning to end! The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and eager to please and every request we had was accommodated, and every last minute change was dealt with swiftly and professionally. Very easy to work with and a fantastic selection of foods!
Mintahoe was wonderful. We chose family style dinner and built our own menu. Our guests raved about the food, especially the squash ravioli. Erin is incredible to work with. Her communication was always prompt and helpful. Erin answered all of our questions and helped our big day become a reality. Highly recommended!
Mintahoe was so professional and attentive to every little detail of our wedding. They were super easy to work with throughout the whole planning process. They even worked with us on customizing the wedding menu to fit us! Many people were a part of the clean plate club! So many happy faces and rave reviews! Thank you!
Mintahoe is a truly great catering company. From the catering manger, to the event captain, wait staff and bartenders- everyone within the mintahoe team took it upon themselves to make sure our wedding day was everything we hoped it would be. They were hands on from the day we booked our event, through the planning process and up until 12pm when our wedding was complete! Mintahoe was amazing to work with as a wedding vendor. The communication was efficient and concise, and our questions were always answered within 24 hours. Our wedding guests RAVED about the food, and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend Mintahoe to friends and family.
Mintahoe was wonderful to work with for our September 2016 wedding at Mississippi Gardens. Our event coordinator, Erin, was very helpful throughout the entire planning process and the day of! The food was also excellent and we got many compliments throughout the night regarding it. Highly recommend them!!
Mintahoe was great to work with. We wanted a full-service, well-rated caterer to make our day run as seamless as possible. Our venue recommended Mintahoe, among a handful of others. Mintahoe was the only tasting we went to (it was wonderful)! Lindsey was so great to work with throughout our planning and so accommodating. Tyler was the event captain for our wedding and was so kind and considerate. We didn't have a single issue at all. Our guests LOVED the buffet.
