Mintahoe was simply amazing! The food was delicious and the onsite staff was fabulous to work with! We were beyond satisfied with our choice in catering! Not only was the day of food spot on, the customer service we received from Lindsey was above and beyond. She was able to accommodate our schedules - living out of town - to set-up tastings and insure we were able to sample our menu options ahead of time. Mintahoe Catering was truly an amazing experience! Erin Wade is the event coordinator and a huge help to the entire wedding process to both the bride and groom and their families. As a bride and groom who are out of state, communication was very important to us when it came to wedding decisions. We were so lucky to have Mintahoe help us make our day so perfect! Mintahoe was such a great vendor! We chose the Minnesota Boat Club to get married at, which is a smaller and historic venue in St. Paul. Because of its historic value we had a few limits with decorations on walls, but we had absolutely no problems and our guests loved how unique the space was. The venue also worked with us up until the day of with our guest list and budget, as well as to make sure we could get married outside (Late October in MN gets iffy!) and they blew all the fallen leaves off the ground so that guests ha... read more

Working with Mintahoe was an effortless, pleasant experience from beginning to end! Mintahoe was wonderful. We chose family style dinner and built our own menu. Our guests raved about the food, especially the squash ravioli. Erin is incredible to work with. Her communication was always prompt and helpful. Erin answered all of our questions and helped our big day become a reality. Highly recommended!

Mintahoe was so professional and attentive to every little detail of our wedding. They were super easy to work with throughout the whole planning process. Mintahoe is a truly great catering company. From the catering manger, to the event captain, wait staff and bartenders- everyone within the mintahoe team took it upon themselves to make sure our wedding day was everything we hoped it would be. They were hands on from the day we booked our event, through the planning process and up until 12pm when our wedding was complete! Would recommend to anyone looking for a smooth and worry free wedding day.. and we cannot forget, the food was exceptional!! The Wigens 10.29.16
