Mintahoe was amazing to work with as a wedding vendor. The communication was efficient and concise, and our questions were always answered within 24 hours. Our wedding guests RAVED about the food, and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend Mintahoe to friends and family.

Mintahoe was wonderful to work with for our September 2016 wedding at Mississippi Gardens. Our event coordinator, Erin, was very helpful throughout the entire planning process and the day of! The food was also excellent and we got many compliments throughout the night regarding it. Highly recommend them!!

Mintahoe was great to work with. We wanted a full-service, well-rated caterer to make our day run as seamless as possible. Our venue recommended Mintahoe, among a handful of others. Mintahoe was the only tasting we went to (it was wonderful)! Lindsey was so great to work with throughout our planning and so accommodating. Tyler was the event captain for our wedding and was so kind and considerate. We didn't have a single issue at all. Our guests LOVED the buffet. Thank you, Mintahoe for contributing to our special day!

Mintahoe knocked it out of the park. We received a lot of praise from our guests on the food and have Mintahoe to thank for it. They were friendly, very easy to work with and make excellent recommendations in areas where we didn't give thought to. They allowed us to have the wedding we wanted and I would recommend them to anyone around the Twin Cities. They will be the first place I go to in the future for any catering needs. A great experience.

My husband and I recently got married on 09.10.16. We booked our wedding at Winehaven Winery two years in advance. We had issues initially with Mintahoe with representatives changing, which made communication difficult and frustrating at times. We were also frustrated with our initial tasting experience, as we traveled to their location in the cities, and experienced COLD food. We were very disappointed and started to second guess Mintahoe. Minathaoe was amazing to work with! The staff was very professional and attentive to details. Erin, our consultant, was incredible every step of the way. She helped plan every detail and made sure our wedding was exactly the way we envisioned. We had many compliments on the food and service. Definitely recommend Minatahoe!

Mintahoe was great to work with. We live out of town and only had time to do the taste testing, which was fantastic! Even so, they were amazing to communicate with over email and very fast in responding. I didn't give much direction but it was like they read my mind! Great food and many compliments from guests! I would strongly recommend to my friends!
