Mintahoe was fantastic to work with! Our consultant, Erin, is the best int he biz! Extremely professional, responsive, accommodating. Everything that you want in a vendor for your wedding day. We had 300 guests at our wedding so we were a little worried that the quality of food would decline because of the quantity. We are happy to report that was not the case. We had our wedding at the Minnesota Boat Club this past weekend and it was great to work with Mintahoe. Lindsey was always helpful and attentive. We went with a picnic wedding menu and it was a hit with our guests.

I had a wonderful time at my wedding with Mintahoe. They met with me before my wedding to go over all the details, and provided suggestions for me. The event staff anticipated my needs and kept an eye on me and my group. The food was great, and the service was awesome. I would definitely recommend them!
Erin was amazing to work with over the past year for our wedding! Very attentive, proactive, and detail oriented. (also super friendly!) She always kept us apprised and we always felt like everything was taken care of giving us the time to worry about other wedding things. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and it did! The reception was perfect and we could not be happier. Thank you Erin and team!
Mintahoe was such a joy to work with! They did a wonderful job explaining the process and being available for questions. My father is a baker and made our cake and cupcakes. Mintahoe was so kind to him helping to set up everything up and allowing us to use they're stands. We're still getting compliments on the food choices. I highly recommend them!

We just got married last Friday at A'BULAE in St. Paul and the food was amazing! All of our guests raved about the food and service! We went with the Embellishment Package and we were able to make many changes to customize the options without any additional charge. I highly recommend Mintahoe!
