Erin was amazing to work with over the past year for our wedding! Very attentive, proactive, and detail oriented. (also super friendly!) She always kept us apprised and we always felt like everything was taken care of giving us the time to worry about other wedding things. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and it did! The reception was perfect and we could not be happier. Thank you Erin and team!

Mintahoe was such a joy to work with! They did a wonderful job explaining the process and being available for questions. My father is a baker and made our cake and cupcakes. Mintahoe was so kind to him helping to set up everything up and allowing us to use they're stands. We're still getting compliments on the food choices. I highly recommend them!

Mintahoe Catering was a joy to work with!! They were so incredibly helpful and on top of things on our wedding day. I would hire them again and again. Our event coordinator Sarah, as well as the event staff the day of our wedding, was so attentive to every detail, friendly with our guests, and top notch in quality service. We just got married last Friday at A'BULAE in St. Paul and the food was amazing! All of our guests raved about the food and service! We went with the Embellishment Package and we were able to make many changes to customize the options without any additional charge. I highly recommend Mintahoe!

We had a great experience with Mintahoe! We had our wedding at Mississppi Gardens and the day was perfect! The food and catering from Mintahoe was great! We worked mainly with Erin during the planning process and she was excellent. Very organized and quick to respond to all the questions I had (which was a lot!) She is made the planning process so much easier and also was very accommodating to making the day how we wanted it. Would highly recommend!!!!!

Minatahoe was incredible to work with! They delivered everything they promised and more! Erin Wade was an amazing coordinator and kept my mother and I calm throughout the entire process. My wedding was a fairy tale and I will highly recommend this venue to anyone interested!

We had a absolutely beautiful wedding at Mississippi Gardens with Mintahoe. We worked with Erin and she made sure every detail was perfects. I would highly recommend using Mintahoe for catering any wedding or event! We worked with Krista for our June 2016 wedding. She was friendly and was great to work with. We did go through a couple catering people but Krista was great.. The food was DELICIOUS!! The chicken and roast beef were amazing. Most went up for seconds.
