Dealing with James Raymond and his staff was a pleasure. Everything we discussed was followed thru promptly. He guided me step by step to a smooth transaction. When I need to refinance or obtain a new mortgage in the future , I wouldn't think of going anywhere else besides The Money Store and dealing with James Raymond.
Refinanced home in Florida with Daren Fontaine. They gave me the best rate at the time. Previous mortgage company would hardly take my call. I am saving several hundred dollars a month. When I first called the money store I was a little sceptical about the low rate offered (they were the lowest rate with the lowest closing costs I could find. After speaking to Charles Petruzzi I decided to go through with a loan. The paperwork process was a royal pain, but he helped me get through the paperwork and I walked away very satisfied with the results. He and his staff were very professional and always courteuos. I highly recommend him for a mortgage.
The Money Store was great to work with on refinancing our home. I was especially pleased with the persistence in helping us "clean up" some problems that came up. They never gave up on us until the refinance went through to the end.

I recieved on offer through the mail from the Money Store in which they offered to do a COMPLETE refinance on my loan - an intrest rate reduction from 5% to 3.5% - the letter stated that it was to be done at no cost to me. Typically this is one of those too good to be true instances, but I dedided to call just for the hell of it and inquire. I had a great experience refinancing with The Money Store. Charles Petruzzi and Amanda did an awesome job; they were thorough, very upfront and professional. The documents that the underwriter needed were rigorous, but everything was done online, and the notary/title co. professional came to the house to sign the final documents.
