Our refinance with The Money Store was a positive experience. We chose them as a low-cost alternative to the banks and there were no surprises. I was able to do it all without leaving the house, which was very convenient. Everything was scanned and transfered via dropbox. Their underwriters asked for more documentation than I remember from last time but everyone's probably being more careful these days. The Money Store and my loan officer James Raymond responded right way to my inquiries. I got my rate within 30mins. Better than any other loan officers that I inquire about the Harp refinance. He did not go around the bush, very honest and knowledgeable. I was so happy when I finally closed my loan. I highly recommend The Money Store.

I can't tell you how much money you will save and how your life will change by using the money store. I have used them for 2 different homes and 2 Re-Fi's. James is the type of person that does what he says he will.....when he says he will. Lots of lenders promised me things but skirted around the parts that were inportant to me. James was upfront about everything and when the loan went down, there were no hidden charges, no surprises. He is a man of integrity. I would not hesitate refering James Raymond....as I have many times.

We used Jim Raymond and The Money Store for a refi on our home about a year ago. He is very knowledgable, honest, and extremely helpful. He or his staff always responded to calls and emails immediately. We ended up getting a great interest rate and closed the loan in less than a month. I was actually in the process of refinancing my loan through a large bank that was not being responsive to my inquiries and I felt like I was getting the run-a-round every time I attempted to find out the status of my application.
