I was really impressed with Greg Knox's level of service. Replies to emails were quick as were return phone calls. The process took a little longer then anticipated, but has more to do with all the regulations and checks in place now. The results were as promised and we are very happy with our refinance.

Rates were as historic lows and The Money Store had the best rates I could find. Even though I had refied before I still had several last minute questions and which Mahisht Collier was ALWAYS able to answer clearly guiding me confidently throughout the process.
