I just closed my home loan originated by Charles Petruzzi. The service and performance were excellent in all respects. Amazing, actually! I received docs and lock-in within about 20 minutes, appraisal within 26 hours, and within 5 business days the loan was off to processing. From first web contact to closing was 19 days. I've refinanced through Charles twice and can honestly say that he is consistently fast, easy to work with, professional, and the rates have been within an .0125 of the best there was. Usually the best, in fact. The only time I didn't use Charles and the Money Store was for a cash-out-refi during a divorce settlement; there was just too much red-tape to get through and another lender was able to get me through. If not for that, I would have used Charles a 3rd time.

Bottom line got the best rate with no points or hidden fees. Way cheaper than my credit union which was a huge blessing. Greg and all there were very prompt and professional and even creative in getting my financing through. I give them my hightest recommendation.
I would highly recommend the Money Store. Charles Petruzzi, Nina Paladino, and Michael Olatoye closed my HARP II loan refinance before the 45 days as was originally planned. I have used The Money Store twice for a Refi in the last 15 months. Both times the process was smooth and very technologically advanced.
We were looking to refi to a 10 yr fixed rate loan from a 30 yr fixed. Money Store made it easy. Documents were all online. Gave us a list of what we needed to give them. Sent them all via email or their online application system. Couldn't have been easier. Communication with Charles Petruzzi was always prompt.
