I am very pleased with Mahist Collier from the Money Store and his associates. All my e-mails and calls where answered and when the original deal that we worked out did not go thru as planned Mahist and the Money Store worked with me to find another option at the same rate. I can tell you as a consumer on a budget to refinance our home in the current market, I was thrilled that the Money Store found away for our refinance to go forward. Charles was EXCELLENT! Very prompt, courteous and thorough. He was very responsive to answer my initial questions and helpful throughout the process. Working with the underwriter was a little challenging, but did not detract from my satisfaction on the whole.

Tony Damico, Jennifer Kerwin and Megan Holloway made this transaction a lot less painful than refis often are. Since completing the refi with Money Store, I did a refi on my 2nd home. Unfortunately I did it with another company. It cost me quite a bit more and took much longer.

Started with Alan Cofer but then was handed on to others, finally, to Rosemary Sims. Cofer wasn't always available - Had to request the supervisor at times.There were multiple requests for additonal documentation and time was running out in terms of the period that the interest rate was 'quaranteed". We were concerned that we might have to accept a higher rate. We were relieved and pleased that the promised interest rate was honored at closing. Mahisht Collier worked efficiently and followed through the process with me. I provided him with the required documents and he quickly responded to notify me of my loan status without delay. This is my second time refinancing with Charles Petruzzi at The Money Store and in both cases I have been very satisfied. This time I refinanced a 30 yr fixed / 0 points / 0 fees / 60 days lock mortgage at a rate of about 1/8 of a percent below the Bankrate average. I am now saving $390 / month on my home mortgage. The paperwork for refinacing was available on line, allowing us to electronically sign and print documents at the most convenient time for us. Excellent, efficient and professional the entire process. I have referred the moneystore to three of my colleagues. The whole process took around 5 weeks. I originally went with Bank of America because I have 6 accounts with them. I thought they would make it easy for me because I am a platinum member. Well I was very wrong in assuming that and after 3 months of them jerking me around cancelled the process with them. Thats when I decided to go with the moneystore. I was particularly impressed with Wayne Hardack's detailed knowledge of the mortgage industry. He usually know which question I was going to ask before I asked it and he was always ready with an answer. We ended up closing the loan in a very short time and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wayne to a friend.
