I highly recommend The Money Store for any refinancing needs. In fact I have used them twice with great results. Everything went smoothly. All of my paperwork was submitted electronically. I had to deal with several people in the process which was fine, but some information had to be sent multiple times as each person would ask for some of the same information that I already submitted. All in all I was very happy with the whole process and would have no problem doing another loan with them.
It is my pleasure to recommend Charles Petruzzi. I had been trying to refinance for about a year. I had a bad experience in working with a few loan agents from Bank of America so I searched online for a good rate. Sharif Shamsudin was AMAZING to work with!! I was previously trying to do a simple FHA Streamline with the lender I had my current mortgage with. After months of very poor customer service, all of the figures the loan officer promised me never came through including the rate and the closing costs - they all ended up a lot higher. I have worked with Charles Petruzzi to close three seperate loans now. One initial loan, and two re-finance. I came back for obvious reasons. I felt customer service was better than I could find at by local lending offices, rates were much better than any local office, and having the ability to work 100% through email was so convienent.
