If you like being ignored by staff and treated like you are bothering every member of the team just by asking a question. I had a complaint once and called asked for a manager to call me and they didn't. I still have the membership for now. But this gym is seriously crowded most of the time. I wanted to buy a water one time and usually they ask you which one this kid grabbed the water handed it to me billed my account and walked away. READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE SIGNING UP. I paid this gym hundreds of dollars over the last 8 months to lift a few times a week. They have annual membership fees that aren't explained on the front end. I decided to cancel, because I'm allowed to do whatever I want and they told me I HAVE to come in-person in order to cancel my membership. They say this is to protect ME from FRAUD. 16 years of amazing service! The Ocotillo Club has the most amazing people ever. Have to give a shoutout to Meagan who has just been so incredible helping me through the pretty major issues (mostly medical holds etc). Always with a smile, always takes care of the member. The Chandler location of Mountainside Fitness is a nice fit for the surrounding neighborhoods. My husband and I have been members since 2014 and I'm happy to say that we enjoy it here. The staff consists of a nice bunch of younger-than-us men and women who are all really pleasant and professional. From the front desk to the trainers, the employees are attentive and respectful. This location is pretty huge and plenty of space to work out. Their equipment is really nice and they have a variety to choose from. The staff is friendly and always greets you.

Worst treatment by any gym, EVER. Without warning or any prior notice whatsoever, an "annual fee" was charged to debit card along with monthly dues causing big problems for me. Went in to speak with Assistant Manager named Derek. I was told that they have "new system and the kinks are still being worked out". I asked him for assistance with this issue and the only thing he would say is he would "try to make sure it didn't happen anymore".
