Hello, I came back to Mountainside from another club and it is great to be back home! I love the club and the staff is friendly all the time and the club is clean. In coming back I was alittle out of sorts with my fitness and needed the help of a trainer. I train with Guillermo Morales and he is amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable about health, exercise and nutrition so answers all my questions. He works with me in a variety of different ways and pushes me to be my best. Not sure if this is a gym or a pick up joint. Chicks here are prancing around wanting the attention on them in half dressed outfits, talking to the guys in dental floss tanks and skin tight stretchy pants, while a couple of the front desk girls are in 6" heels trying to walk around the gym in skin tight outfits looking like prostitutes. Get a life...or some confidence. Don't waste your money on this overpriced place
Great gym! Nice staff. Great facilities. Good value. Awesome kids area, a huge value add to its members.
They clarified everything but they're still pricy. love the gym it is worth it. They should make sure they clarify everything even stuff in advance so you don't get confused. Poor communication but still a great gym!

If I could give more than 5 stars for this location I would. Every time I come to the Chandler Mountainside Fitness I'm always greeted by my first name and everyone is so polite. The young lady at the sales desk always goes above and beyond and I could not ask for more from this staff. Awesome job mountainside fitness!

I go to a different mountainside, this isn't my "home" gym, but I do make it here a couple of times a month before going into work. I will agree with several of the previously reviews about staff being rude and feeling like an inconvenience. Just yesterday I walked in, both male and female at the front desk didn't bat an eye and instead of the male reaching the scanner to scan me in, he stood there holding it and I had to lean in over the counter. I LOVE MOUNTAINSIDE! I've been a member for about 1.5 years. The staff is awesome. It's in a great location. It's the perfect size. I specifically go to Mountainside's because they have one specific machine that a LOT of other gyms don't have, it's a Rogue brand. I see a lot of reviews that the gym is too small. I personally like smaller gyms so if you don't like smaller gyms, then go elsewhere maybe? The basketball court is usually busy when I go, which I think is great. When it's not busy I'll use the court to workout too.... read more

I attend classes at the Pavilion, Shea and Desert Ridge. I love the Zumba classes, the instructors are Great!!!. I find the gyms are always clean and staff very accommodating and polite. The environment is friendly and professional. The amount of classes offered is amazing. I really enjoy and appreciate Mountainside Fitness.

Like the gym equipment and location, the basketball court is full sized. However, of all the locations I visit, this gym with the exception of one gentlemen has the worst customer service ever. I have had several times when checking in, where I had to wait for the young lady in the front to finish a conversation with either another member of co-worker. Then they act bothered to see you waiting, and check you in without acknowledgement. For the price I pay at this gym, I could go to any other gym, I foresee a cancellation as ... read more
