Tried to cancel our membership but since it auto renewed we have to pay a $78 buy out fee. The lady Melissa had no sympathy at all for us struggling to make ends meet and having to forfeit our membership, she told us we could cancel our payment card and go to collections instead if we didn't want to pay the fee. WOW
I love this gym. I love that there is always parking and the cardio equipment is plentiful and available. The staff is great. The trainers are good and the training manager is always around for questions and help. I especially love the classes, the teachers are awesome and friendly. The locker room, showers, and towels are great. I love the smoothie bar too. Wish I had had a place with child care when my kids were little. What a bonus. Thanks so much.
We love this location! The staff is incredible! The manager has always been super helpful. I cannot say enough good things about the daycare staff. It can be scary leaving your kids but I know they are well taken care of here!
Good place, good people. Enjoy your health and get after it! Easy to just ask some, members are great to talk to, if you want to get healthy again this is a good place.
We joined Mountainside Fitness because of the child care! Carolina is awesome and our kids love going. We are more than happy with gym amenities and look forward to continuing our membership.
Overall a little pricey for what you guy facility wise, but the reason we joined and have stayed with this Mountainside is the childcare! The gals in there are incredible! Especially Monique, every time we bring our daughter in she is so excited to see her and takes great care of her. We have been to multiple other gyms in surprise and none have a day care that compares. Carolina runs an awesome spot!
Great place! Clean, friendly, non judge mental. Great little cafe inside and the childcare workers are amazing, my kids love going.
Great place to visit. Love coming here when I'm in town. We come to town regularly to visit friends, and always need a place to drop in. I train out of my Garage gym, so I love coming here to get a taste of machines I don't get to use on a regular basis. It's clean, inviting, and most of all open. (This was the first gym I trained at during covid lockdown in California)
Nice and clean gym with lots of amenities. Really fun that they have a rock climbing wall at this location.
