I just joined today FOR FREE through my Medicare supplement, (for which I pay no monthly fee) and now because of Silver And Fit, I pay no gym fee either!! Totally amazing and if Alexi, at the membership desk, had not told me about this option, I would've signed up for $38 a month membership. Her integrity is impressive! Great gym, super clean, all the classes are included, and they have a steam room which my skin truly loves. Join and you'll love it!

Very quiet but clean establishment. Clean is the key! With Covid who wants to see gross stuff? I like the daycare. My wife and kids like it too. Wish they had more area to lift free weights with a bar and bumper plates. I wanted to lift But there is literally no room for that. A positive note is their staff is always nice and helpful.

stay far away. i emailed them several times 3 months ago telling them to cancel my membership. they refused to cancel even after i told them im not goin into the gym cause i live far away and they still are tryn to charge me. i check my mail and now they are tryn to send me to collections for 198.00. i called the collection place and the guy yelled and wouldnt let me talk and started argueing with me. i told him i emailed them several times to cancel my membership that should be my written consent to cancel my membership. no... read more

I was a member at Mountainside for years. I switched to a less expensive gym since I didn't need childcare anymore. I still like Mountainside and my kids liked it for the basketball court.

Love Mountainside Fitness! Joined when they were the first gym in my area to open after the AZ shut down. Always clean, staff is super friendly and by far the best selection of classes and equipment.

I was really excited to join Mountain Side, and was disappointed that it was closed down only 1 week later due to Covid-19. When the reopened I was very happy to start group fitness classes, even though we would need to wear a mask. Another fitness center I belong to requires masks as well, so I had no issues with wearing a mask during my cardio class. Well if you want to catch Covid run straight to this gym because their instructors tell you that after 2 minutes of class it's O.K to just take off your mask. After inquiring ... read more

I was signed up on July 6. At that time Alexandra Richards--manager of Surprise outlet--told me that Mountainside Fitness had received special dispensation from the state governor to remain open during the quarantine. She also told me that Mountainside Fitness would let all customers know if this situation changed. It turns out that she lied--Mountainside Fitness closed the next day, though I received no message ever from them...and found out only the next morning when I drove up and the doors were locked...with a note taped... read more

Tom and his staff RULE! This awesome girl from Iowa signed me up yesterday after I walked by in FULL disbelief of an OPEN GYM. I'm EXTREMELY sad to hear this place closed! I just worked out for my FIRST time at this particular gym today. The attendees and staff were all dedicated fitness lovers like myself. I will back Tom Hatten in ANY way! (Well almost haha) but n e hoo. I'm stickin with even though I only signed up yesterday. This dude RULES!!!

I originally came to this gym for the childcare because it had been the only gym in surprise with childcare. It may be pricey compared to other gyms but there are food and drink for after you work out, along with nice clean showers and bathrooms, and an entire theater room area. The childcare is phenomenal. My kids love it because the staff creates emotional connections with the children and they always remember my kids names. The childcare has movies, a bounce house, a play ground, and a rock wall.
